If you are an author and would like to sell your book at Fireside, you can arrange with us to sell it on consignment. Simply bring in two copies of your book, along with a printed and signed copy of our consignment agreement. (You can find this at the link below.) When your book sells, you are entitled to 60% of the profits. We will send you a check when your books sell and you will be asked to bring us more copies to replenish our stock.

Author Events at Fireside

If you are a local author and interested in having a book signing at our shop, we are happy to host you! Please know that unless your books are available through Ingram, we will need to take them on consignment ahead of your event. The consignment agreement is outlined above.

We will do our best to promote your event through our website, e-newsletter, email campaigns, and social media, as well as physical signs in the shop. Author events are most successful, however, when you are able to use your own social networks to promote your event and recruit attendees.
